My plan is that http://packages.opendylan.org/ will be running under the
Dylan HTTP server. And I've considered rewriting
http://try.opendylan.org/to run under the Dylan HTTP server as well,
but that's less exciting.

Would having packages.opendylan.org running under the HTTP server be enough
motivation to get things going smoothly? :) It'll need decent templating,
database access, JSON serialization, a bit of an API, and other things.
