Re: Binary data parsing and assembly

For now, this library is still called packetizer, but a repo has been set
up here:

    https://github.com/dylan-lang/binary-storage

I'll change names around once a name has been determined. (If there's no
discussion of this, I'll decide in favor of binary-storage in about 24
hours.)
