I use a XM_TREE_CALLBACKS_PIPE, which is made up of XM_NAMESPACE_RESOLVER,
XM_STOP_ON_ERROR_FILTER and XM_CALLBACKS_TO_TREE_FILTER. But I do not call
set_forward_xmlns (True) since I have Gobo Eiffel 3.3 installed, which does
not declare that feature.
