Your library can certainly be added in the ESE (http://ese.sourceforge.net)
project directed by Cyril, which aims at providing Enterprise-ready
libraries (thus including database access).

Otherwise, you can also consider adding it to the EWLC
(https://gna.org/projects/eiffel-libraries) project directed by Paolo,
whose goal is precisely to wrap existing libraries for Eiffel use.
