No; but the files (erl_syntax.erl et.al) are in distel at
sourceforge.

The best would be to make sure that distel works with the R10
syntax_tools, and then check in that in jungerl.

The quickest would be to just add the missing files to the jungerl
distel, and then just set the paths correctly.
