Distel User Manual

Ahoy,

I wrote a Distel user manual on the weekend. Any feedback would be
appreciated - I intend to include it in a new release some time in the
next week or so. It covers the features of the current CVS version,
some of which (e.g. fdoc) aren't in the latest released copy. I hope
it covers everything (please point out omissions.)
