put this patch in the backlog for a future OTP release.

Hi OTP folks,
I recently had cause to use the AES-CFB8 cypher which is currently missing
from the crypto module. The attached patch (and associate pull request)
adds support for it (assuming there's no reason that it was omitted
originally, of course):
