Solved emacs erlang-mode load Error "File mode specification error:"

Release version : latest x64, otp_win64_R16B03. Problem: When first opening an .erl file, you get the error "File mode specification error:" if you use the latest x64 version of Erlang. And the erlang-mode with syntax hi-lighting fails to load on first try.
