While I completely disagree with Anthony regarding features, I do also 
think the option "I haven't tried to upgrade" should be present, but the 
issue being mostly that library churn/waiting for libraries and the 
"death by a thousand cuts" style of small breaking changes requiring 
library bumps of dependencies of dependencies of dependencies etc.
