3rd (and I hope last) Jython 2.7 b3 soft launch

Hi all,

I have put together a third soft launch of Jython 2.7b3. A few very
important updates prompted me to do this, for example Jim has done a
bunch of work to tighten up our thread safety. If there aren't any
showstopper level bugs I'll try to quickly move this to a final 2.7b3.

The parent directories of each of the above have the checksums, source
jars, javadocs, etc.
