tr1::shared_ptr support?

hi,

boost::shared_ptr support works great in luabind, but when I just tried to swap boost::shared_ptr with tr1::shared_ptr, the program failed with lots of 'Trying to use unregistered class'exceptions' at runtime, as soon as a tr1::shared_ptr held member was accessed. Is there a way to make this work easily? I grepped the sources for shared_ptr, found it in class.hpp and shared_ptr_converter.hpp, tried to add a default_converter and get_const_holder, but that didn't seem to have any effect.
