Re: SDL_image support added to SDL module

There is one consideration here, though.  If having sdl_image is 
optional, that makes running scripts done by someone else (who had it) 
possibly fail (if you don't).  For this reason, I've taken the 'must 
have sdl_image' route in LuaX, for guaranteeing script compatibility.
