state of SDL in LuaCheia

Hi, all.

the person asking for tolua/SDL help in the Lua list lately, would like 
to build ontop of "vanilla lua". Since LuaX is not "vanilla" (having 
the gluax linking method built in) I would ask on his behalf:

- how vanilla is the luacheia codebase currently?   (I know it's in the 
plans)
- are any of you actually using the SDL module on it?  (I've met some 
bugs, which probably need changing)

I could send the latest 'sdl_module.cpp' to the person maintaining it 
in the LuaCheia side.
