MLton Subversion repository migrated

Along with the mailing lists, I have migrated the MLton Subversion
repository (back) to SourceForge.  This is not a transparent change,
as the repository URL has changed.  The new repository root URL is:
  https://mlton.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mlton
Note that this is the repository root URL; append "/mlton/trunk" for
the latest revision of the compiler proper.

The ViewVC (i.e.., web browse of the repository) URL is:
  http://mlton.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mlton/

Those wishing to commit to the repository will need to be added to the
MLton project on SourceForge (i.e., with a SourceForge account).


That said, I do forsee migrating the source code to git at some point
in the future, with the benefit that commits could be pulled from
anywhere/anyone.
