It seems to be fallout from the breakdown (break-in?) of the mlton.org VPS. Perhaps the best thing to do is to migrate the wiki content as static web-pages (as with the archived versions of the wiki content for releases: http://mlton.org/guide/) to SourceForge and update DNS to point there. At that point, the IP address for mlton.org would change (and we could decommission the mlton.org VPS entirely).
