Usage in commercial software

Hi, I am evaluating MLTon for possible usage in a commercially distributed application. Is this possible? I know that MLton is BSD license. However I am not too sure how its usage of GnuMP library affects this flexibility. Does MLton's usage of GnuMP preclude it from being used in a commercial settting, i.e. commercial distribution of software?
