Moto 0.18.0 release

	Well, webcodex ran just fine over the weekend. Only one or two minor 
issues were discovered in the beta. The first issue was that mmc 
compiled apps were not outputting stack traces when uncaught exceptions 
were raised. The second was an old bug Stefano discovered 
(re-discovered) that prohibited macro calls from spanning multiple 
lines. Both issues have been taken care of. I'm tagging things as 
moto_0_18_0_eng_b now. Should we find anything in the next 6-7 hours or 
so I can always tag again. If we don't find anything (fingers crossed) 
I'll be doing the freshmeat announcement between 4 and 6 US Eastern 
time. I'll also be doing the rounds updating the moto release version 
on these sites as well
