Moto 0.18.0 Release

	The release version has been tagged and built. A number of minor bugs 
were found and corrected since this morning. All those bug fixes are 
included in the release version. The documentation website has been 
update with new release notes, new documentation, and most importantly 
new credits! All webcodex apps have been rebuilt and are running under 
the release version. All thats left to do now is to write up release 
announcements for freshmeat.net , the projectmoto homepage, and the 
announce list and we should be good to go! If anybody wants to send me 
their ideas for these that would be really cool to!
