Right, it's hard to find the perfect solution. I would not want to
release this feature before we feel confident that we found the right
syntax. On the other hand, it's been a long time since 0.9.5, and there
has been many improvements:
* new features, including custom constructors
* usability improvements (correct file and line numbers in stack traces)
* niceunit tool
* performance improvements in the generated code (arrays used as lists)
* important bugfixes
So what I propose is to release 0.9.6 real soon now. It will also
incorporate the implementation of expression-local variables, but we
only document the explicitely typed version. It has 'let' and 'var' too,
but use that at your own risk ('var' seems like it's going to stay, though).
