So, int, string, float, ect have default implementations, and o= ther types are composed out of those such as record have a way of generatin= g serialization code that applies these generated functions to the respecti= ve record/tuple by type in the right order.=C2=A0 If bitarray is not binnable, that is because the bin_prot requires some int= erface to be satisfied. You might look into the bit array type definition o= n whatever project source provides it in order to see if you can yank just = that out in a raw ocaml instance (with bin_prot) and see if salting with bi= n_prot it directly yields any information about what is required.
