Loading dlllablgtk2.dll under windows vista

Hi,

I'm trying to compile under windows vista (under virtual box in Ubuntu 
Intrepid ...)

I run into several problems, among which

Fatal error: cannot load shared library dlllablgtk2
Reason: L'application n'a pas pu dÃ©marrer car sa configuration
