gtk3

Hello again,

Ok, I now understand that files produced by Glade 3 are for gtk3, and
there is no hope of easily porting them back to gtk2.

This leads to ask: what remains to be done for lablgtk3 ? I checked the
lablgtk3 branch out but it does not compile.

IIRC, Jacques told us Valentin Samir was going to work on a new way to
generate bindings. Is there something yet ?

I can take time to work on lablgtk3 if you give me hints.
