Missing Tk::MListbox in PPM

Help! The last time I had this problem it was because my 5.8.x installation was out-of-date. This time, I've just wiped my 5.8.9 installation on Windows Vista and replaced it with 5.10.1 (1007). I've started reinstalling modules using PPM but I cannot see Tk::MListbox; however according to the repository website it's there.
