[code-review] Just subscribed

Hello list,

I just saw the article in use Perl; and I am very enthusiastic about
this list.

At MKDoc Ltd have decided to gradually modularize our existing CMS
(everybody's got one these days :)) and release each module - or suite
of modules - as a well tested, quality open source code on CPAN.

Community based peer review seems like a really good idea in this aim of
releasing quality code. Also, I'll probably be able to learn a lot of
nice tricks by reading other people's code.

I already released Petal a little more than a year ago, which has become
thanks to the open source community a very nice robust system.

Recently I uploaded MKDoc::XML [1] on CPAN, MKDoc's unique XML
manipulation toolkit which provides not so common XML features. I would
like to submit this module for review.

Indeed in exchange I would be very happy to give constructive remarks on
any code you might want to throw at me :)
