After having enjoyed playing minigolf for the first time I think I
will join in and answer these questions.

I got burned out by the TPR-holes. It was great fun both playing and
reffering but took a lot of time and I had to decide taht I couldn't
spend so much time each month. And for some reason I couldn't just
use less time, it was either doing it right or nor doing it at all.

'Motley boxes' was fun and about the right size. But as others have
noted some of the socialness and Bob's solution is missing. I've seen
#perlgolf mentioned on the webpage but I'm not really into IRC.

And I miss the Post Mortem. I want to scream for not looking for a
variable with 2 as the initial value. I read perlvar(1) a lot of time
looking for a variable starting at -1 but somehow I never thought
about 2 being equal to -1 at this point.


Why didn't I minigolf before? Well the burned out-thing has kept me
from anything like golfing. For the last few minigolfs I have been
almost ready to participate.

I'm looking forward for the next session of minigolf. And others used
to spend to much time on the TPR-sessions should give minigolfs a try.
