DBD-Sybase for ActivePerl...

Greetings All,

Where can I acquire a binary distribution of DBD-Sybase for ActivePerl? 
  I don't have any compilers, and would like to avoid having to build 
this if at all possible.  I tried the ActivePerl ppm utility, but they 
don't seem to have a DBD-Sybase on their repositories.
