relocation error, LD_LIBRARY_PATH seems ok

Hi All,

Mysteriously over the weekend one of my environments has broken, I am 
getting the following error:

bash-2.03$ ./test.pl
ld.so.1: /usr/local/bin/perl: fatal: relocation error: file 
/export/home/crd-sit/site_perl/sun4-solaris/auto/Sybase/DBlib/DBlib.so: 
symbol perl_get_sv: referenced symbol not found
Killed

The $SYBASE and $LD_LIBRARY_PATH  seem to be correct (see below)

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/apps/open_client/current/solaris/lib
PATH=/usr/local/bin:/local/bin:/usr/bin::/apps/open_client/current/solaris/bin
PERLLIB=:/export/home/crd-sit/site_perl:/export/home/crd-sit/site_perl/sun4-solaris
SYBASE=/apps/open_client/current/solaris

Does anyone have any ideas?
