I understand about dpi and image quality for printing. My images are the right size. My problem was that I had (possibly, incorrectly) assumed that the page size needed to be 8.5 * 300 by 11 * 300. But when the press operator opened the file, he got a file with larger dimensions than I intended because (I believe) the file was assumed to be 72dpi instead of my 300. I was hoping to change what that assumption was.
