Hello,

I have developed a simple plugin, which I have not released anywhere.

It is called Template::Plugin::Filter::URI::Unescape

The code is quite simple:

It seemed that the hard work was getting the plugin tested. 

I would really appreciate any sort of feedback, will this be useful to anybody else? do you want it on CPAN?
