Tk-JComboBox mods

Out of the blue, someone sent me some questions about Tk-JComboBox, and
before I could help, I had to go and install Tk, and then Tk-JComboBox
since I hadn't used either in years. I hate to say it, but I was a
little surprised that folks were still using it.

At any rate, while I was I was looking into the problem at hand (still
waiting for a test case), I fixed a few bugs, and started looking around
for other problems to fix while I was thinking about the module. I saw a
few posted on PerlMonks that I'm going to try to address (once I'm sure
I understand the issues).

Does anyone else have any problems and/or patches they'd like included?
I saw that Christoph Lamprecht posted one.
