Hello,

I have written a helper module for Tk::Menu that I would like to offer.

Currently, I call it just Menu::Builder, but I think it could fit in as
Tk::Menu::Builder

By helper module, I mean it is not a new widget, rather it populates a
hierarchy of cascading menus from a simple description.

The files, Builder.pod and Builder.pm are at:

(I am familiar with Tk::Menu::Item and the -menuitems option it provides.
While it makes populating a single menu much easier, setting up cascading
menus is not its strength.)
