Re: XML-LibXML-1.87 README instructions incorrect?

I think these instructions are out-of-date and were probably derived from those
of XML-LibXML-Common which was merged into the core XML-LibXML distribution.
So just issue the commands where you find the "Makefile.PL" file, namely
XML-LibXML-1.87 .
