Question about proposed XML::Parser change - RT 13204

I'm worried that if I do so, I'll start causing previously working code to start failing. Can anyone on this list offer me some advise on the risk of the change? Thanks, Todd --- Sent to me: I'm writing because at work we use XML::Parser as the main class for our High-Performance parsers and we stumbled across the same bug, when you using Style => 'Subs' it chews up all exceptions unlike all the other styles. In this case the bug reporter included a patch that I reviewed and seems to have fixed the problem, What would it take for you to review and apply it. I think as a side benefit would make all styles more consistent in terms of behavior.
