No individual manages the wiki. When a discussion comes to resolution 
here you say: "would you mind updating the wiki?" I don't see how it is 
any different than if the whole conversation takes place on the wiki and 
then somebody still has to clean up all of the discussion and integrate 
it into a proposal or conclusion or something.

I'm not saying to dump the wiki. I'm also not saying that it should be 
one person's job to maintain it (though having one person per page may 
be a good idea). I'm just saying to use it for what it is best at: 
maintaining the current proposals for various ideas or features so that 
people coming to figure out the language status do not have to read 500 
email messages.
