Rannotate - Custom RDoc generator and Rails app

Hi,

I have been working on an application called Rannotate. A custom RDoc
generator that creates a DB out of RDoc documentation and a Rails
application that dynamically displays that documentation allowing for
features like searching and user annotations.

There are bugs to be worked out and features that could be added, but
most of it is there. I'd hope that something like this would be useful
for ruby-doc.org. Any thoughts?
