Scala 2.12.0-M3 is available

Scala 2.12.0-M3 is now available for download and on maven central.

We would like to highlight the following changes since M2:
 * The REPL received a robust and flexible implementation of tab-completion
(also coming to 2.11.8 in a few weeks)
 * The @implicitAmbiguous annotation allows customizing the error message
when an implicit search finds multiple ambiguous values
 * The optimizer now attempts to inline invocations of higher-order methods
if the argument function is statically known, eliminating polymorphic
callsites
