Hi all --

I bundled Squeak 6.1 RC1. It is not yet signed, which makes it a bit 
tricky to run on macOS platforms:

I noticed that the files for the older release notes are still in the 
bundle. We should remove those as all notes are in-image now. Another 
SqueakJS test would also be helpful as we might want to skip Objectland 
there (even the starter takes a second or two).
