Trying to get PUL for VW

Sorry if this is a bit off topic, but I've been trying to get a PUL from
Cincom for VW.  I've been using various flavors of smalltalk for over 30
years and currently use an older commercial version for work.  I'm planning
on retiring in the next year or so but want to keep my hand in it since I
enjoy working with smalltalk.

Requesting a PUL has basically fallen into a black hole with no
correspondence.  Anyone have suggestions on how to get it?
