    If you should succeed in getting the PUL download, please report back on how you did it.  I’m pretty much in the same boat, retired and would love access to VW.  PUL updates have been in stasis for the last few years, and now even access is apparently a problem.  And if you’re running on Apple, the current PUL VW 8.3 will run on MacOS Yosemite, but no OS update beyond that.
