This is a bug in the xotcl-1.5.6.tar.gz. The symbolic link points to a non existing file. The problem her is that the function src-tgz deletes the newly created directory, if tar signals an error. So until the xotcl.tar.gz is fixed you have to install the xotcl sources by hand. Uwe -- Dipl.-Ing.
