You classified this as an activity diagrams issue. Is that the case or does this happen at any place you press the scroll wheel? Do you have any other java apps you run that you can confirm this is no Java defect specific to your platofrm and Java version (I find it strange that nobody has raised this before so my suspicions lie outside of ArgoUML itself).
