[Issue 5812] Installer can't find java

I have the same problem.

I am running ArgoUML version 0.34.

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.
Only one version of Java on the box.
Java is 1.7, 64 bit.
Far as I can recall I believe I installed it to the default location.
The binary runs without modification.
I have adminstrator rights to the box.
Just in case I tried explictly running the installer as admin and that didn't 
help.
