[Issue 6451] Ability to expan/collapse class members in diferent diagrams

How about some diagram level property where a default setting can be configured to 
hide all compartments.

That should be read when a class is placed on the diagram (add, drag/drop or new).

The user can then use presentation tab for and individual class to change 
individual ones if they wish.
