[Issue 6457] Infinite loop in positioning element

Sorry, I spend several hours to try to make a video but my computer is 
definitly too slow for that. (466MHz, 512Mb RAM).
And I suspect this is the raison why I see the element constantly jump.
I mean on fast modern computer the jump is so fast that your eyes can't see it.
But the behaviour seems coherent with the issue 6405.
When user save the project it is effectively saved but as it is also instanly 
modified then it apear unsaved to the user.

In case my previous description is not clear. what i mean is that the element 
infinitly jump from position 1 to position 2 and then from position 2 to 
position 1 and so on.

And finally sorry for my bad english.
