The error message is:

XMI external reference error attempting to read : http://argouml.org/user-
profiles/CSharp profile.xmi

Step to reproduce the issue:
1) Create user profile.
2) Reference some datatype from this user profile in one project.
3) Save the prject and close ArgoUML.
4) Restart ArgoUML and try to reload the previous project.
