The wikipedia page that you linked says that another similar diagram
is use case diagram. But it's not the same thing.
Because this seems to be homework or something like that, I assume
that this is not a solution for you.

Maybe you can simulate it with a class diagram, but I'm not sure that
it will fit your needs. ArgoUML isn't a drawing tool, so it could be
difficult to be the right tool for those kind of diagrams.
