ArgoUML doesn't really have a direct equivalent to this diagram.  For
top level analysis work, one would typically use a Use Case Diagram
and for showing interactions with external components at the physical
level one could use a Deployment Diagram.  Although these two diagram
types are the closest matches semantically, they use different
graphical notations than what you are describing.

ArgoUML does have the ability to include raw drawing primitives with
no underlying UML semantics on any of the diagram types, but at that
point you're not really using any of the unique capabilities of the
tool and you'd probably be better of using whatever drawing tool you
are most familiar with (Dia, Visio, etc).
