multiplicity on use-case does not dissaperar

Hello,

I tried to get rid of the multiplicity in the use case and did the
following:

But it is still there. What else can I do?
Moreoever is there a way to move the include a bit up so it is not getting
to close to the use case or is the only way to make it look nice to move the
use case around?
