How do you use the Template Parameters Field?

I noticed in the 0.32.1 version of ArgoUML there's a Template Parameters
field in the Properties panel for classes and interfaces.  There's a blank
button beneath the trashcan button.  Both of these buttons are disabled, and
the field next to the label doesn't seem to be editable.   Can someone tell
me how this is meant to be used?  Can I use it to add a copyright header to
the classes that I generate?
