Bambookit GUI 2.0, A completely XML scriptable GUI is now available for
download.

Note:
I was originally hesitant to post to the XUL mailing list since Bambookit
GUI is based on "XML GUI" syntax and not the "XUL" syntax. However it is an
XML based scripting language.
